The Hydrogen Technologies “HT” and “HV” combination commercial/Industrial series is available utilising the Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) electrolysis technology as well as the Browns Gas sodium hydroxide options of molecular hydrogen and oxygen production, both of which we have put our own style and engineering excellence standards on.
The robust design of these “Part A” machines allow for stable fitting above the commercial “Part B” vortex gas infusion pumps for large volume water enrichment flows. This design allows for modification when required depending on the volume of gas required for the flow rates of the pumps below yet the convenience of shipping ease as a 2 piece device.
The HT-5 produces a mixed atomic count of 66.6% hydrogen and 33.3% oxygen gas by splitting the water molecules of distilled or demineralised water. Differing electrolysis technologies allow the user to utilise the gas however they choose or as is required according to the application parameters and environmental considerations.
The HV-5,000 vortex infusion pump creates molecular hydrogen and molecular oxygen enriched water at 5,000 litres per hour with a bubble size of between 1 and 10 micron. We use internationally serviceable Grundfos multistage pumps requiring minimal to no maintenance. The vortex infusion device is manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel and has no moving parts.
As with all of our products, they are designed to be capable of continuous running periods without the need to turn it off and cool or rest. Part time operation is not acceptable and we use advanced, innovative engineering solutions throughout to ensure your machine runs at optimum functionality, is always available for use, and for as long as you need it.
Large stainless steel tanks and components (316L Grade), means that a daily top up of distilled water is all that is required if running 24 hours straight. With only minor modification we can also provide larger capacity tanks to enable even longer running periods without the need for daily attention. 7 day run times can be engineered in by request.
As always, we build for biology, therefore we use laboratory grade/food grade hoses, gaskets and fittings throughout to ensure contaminant free operation for the life of the product. They are proudly hand made in Australia by us. Used as directed, our machines are expected to last well beyond 10 years.
Built for Biology – Appropriate materials and components are used exclusively throughout all our machines as we believe that the use of inferior plastics will have a detrimental effect on the living organism as inappropriate materials may deteriorate and break down over time.
Our engineering designs and solutions allow small and large-scale users to utilize molecular hydrogen gas for a multitude of industries all via comprehensive, complementary devices that will enable the user to scale to their specific requirements.
