Food is defined as: – Any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism. The substance is ingested by an organism’s cells to provide energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth.

Hydrogen Technologies believes that the answer to a large number of health problems faced by society all lie within the food chain. Reducing the reliance on highly processed food products, reducing the ingestion of toxic substances of all kinds and increasing the nutritional content of our food sources, will all dramatically affect the state of health for all things. Everything that goes into the food chain, as well as the production and cultivation of that said food, ie; herbicides, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, pollution, chemicals etc, all end up being consumed at the top of the food chain. The collector of all that preceded it.

Everything we eat is a collection of all the ingredients used to make it. Most of us can resist these toxic influences for a period of time while we are young and strong however, it is usually just a matter of time before accumulation starts to take its toll and health begins to decline. It is said that where there’s money involved you will find corruption, and with estimates of the agriculture sector being worth around 8 Trillion dollars, you better believe that there’s room for improvement.

The science of molecular hydrogen and oxygen supplementation is showing enormous benefits in multiple applications without having to resort to chemical or biological intervention. The major consideration is not only the ability to produce more food, but to produce a cleaner and more nutritious food product without this chemical or biological intervention now commonplace throughout the industry.

What happens over the next 50 years is likely to determine what happens over the next thousand years. Many of the world’s scientists are focussed on this issue and tens of billions, if not hundreds of billions of dollars are being invested trying to find ways to create new patentable technologies that are capable of growing more food-based biomass in less time. Many of these endeavours have consequentially resulted in creating a toxic mess that is having a detrimental effect on the intended receivers, and on life in general.

Dis-ease is a consequence of imbalance, so good health (ease) is the quest for balance. Clean, organic, fresh, nutritious, healthy, abundant, chemical and pharmaceutical free foods need to become the entirety of our food chain. Clean it up, and it will clean us up. Let’s get back to natural.

The food we eat is also the food that others eat, right down to the microbes in the soil. In fact, pretty well anything organic will be food for something else. Everything needs to consume something in order to live, and it all fits into the food chain somewhere. If it is not fed, then it will die. We all need to eat. Sharing is caring and we are all part of the same big picture.
Diet is simply what is eaten, and what we eat or consume will play the biggest role in health. As an organism consumes oxygen, it then needs to rebalance the oxidative effects with anti-oxidants. Plant based antioxidants are usually colourful and tasty and are always recommended in any diet by nutritionists.
Dietary fibre plays a major role in the creation of hydrogen internally and creates the gas that donates the electron to stabilise the oxidative radicals created in metabolism. This is natures yin and yang at play and all aerobic life works this way. Hydrogen and oxygen are seemingly opposite yet entirely interdependent for life. Oxygen via the lungs and hydrogen via the gut. Giving it the ingredients it needs goes a long way to getting the results required.
Appropriate pre and postharvest management goes a long way towards extending shelf life of a product and ensuring that the intended nourishment gets to the receiver as soon as possible. The fresher the food, the less oxidised it will be. It does not get much better than fresh, clean and organic when trying to access the nutritional content within.
Better choices are quite often all it takes. The more people that make these same choices the greater the market demand and the greater the motivation to change as a response.
They say we are what we eat so if we want to be healthy, contaminant, stress and dis-ease free, then we need to eat healthy, contaminant, stress and dis-ease free food that helps resist oxidation.
